Confusion.

'Why is the wind blowing over me? It's so cold. So cold. Rain doesn't help. I don't understand why he lied to me like that. I thought he trusted me. I thought our friendship mattered. I suppose I've been wrong. Wow, this wind is cold.

I should have dressed for it. Prepared. But wind is one of those things you can't count on. You never know what it will do. It can scorch me. It can freeze me. Why are things this complex? If my vision were as blurred as my thoughts, I'd be blind. Friendship shouldn't be like wind, blowing around, rustling through the trees of thought. Friendship should be something solid that people can count on.

Brr, this wind is freezing. I knew it would be this way. I had a feeling he would do this to me. He was never sincerely interested in my future. He never really wanted me to get ahead. He promised a lot, but didn't really give what I wanted. He confused me.

I know God is not the author of confusion... I can't sort this all out. I need help. A third party.

Why?? Why would anybody do this?

This wind is COLD! He was so cruel! Or She... I suppose I should say they. They've all done it. Every single one of them, in one way or another. They travel in a crowd. They built me up with a false vision, and secretly blinded me. They've been trying to take me out this entire time, and I couldn't see past their supposedly good intentions! They were so good to me for a little while... But now... Ugh, this wind....

I have to say goodbye to them. I can't continue to visit with them, entertain them, or help them out. I've got to find something solid.

Yeah, I don't need them anymore. I'll write a letter to them tomorrow. A formal goodbye, in the presence of my Father. I just can't have them hurting me like this ever again. My Father will take me out of this biting wind. He'll protect me. All I have to do is say goodbye to my old 'friends'....

They all have different names and traits, but they're all really the same. They're all my secret sins.

So now, I wave goodbye, never to invite them back or let them in my home, no matter how much the beg or plead.

Dear Sins, GoodBye.'

Don't ask. I had to post something, so I made that up real quick-like.

Enjoy. :-P

L8r folks!

This is the day of GREAT REJOICING, and the feasting upon evil chiwawas!! (That's supposed to mean 'Little annoying dog', but I spelled it wrong!) HA!

Today is David's birthday, and thus we MUST congratulate him, and say very nice things about him!

However, at the moment, I'm rather annoyed at the fact that I haven't understood the depth of the lyrics to 'American Pie' until yesterday. At which point, I realized that they actually DO have meaning!

WOW!

Incredible huh? No, no, I was talking about the song, not David being seventeen.

But oh yeah! He is!

No, David, not the song...

Yeah.

Whatever.

Jeffrey Heustis was SO shocked by the change in David's life, he had to say something nice. So after fifteen minutes of diligent thought, he came up with something. He said: "He always stays focused on what he’s doing and NEVER gets distracted."

See folks, good little brothers just don't lie like that anymore, do they?

Anyway, David is now a lot older than me, and the wrinkles grow fierce upon his face!

Ok.

Nevermind.

Have a nice day!

P.S., Siblings: Bubble Trouble is coming along quite nicely, even throughout all of the random things I've been doing (despite David's 'We must work' protests). It all boils down to this though: We = cool.

So, you all have fun, and I'll stay cool. In Texas. Which is hard.

L8r!

Ah. Well. That's interesting.

Jeff (Heustis) has recently been discovering all kinds of interesting things on the internet.

For instance, does anybody remember this post?

Yeah, been a while since that one went on, BUT, Jeffrey has renewed the valiant fight of Japanese music, when he discovered an ENGLISH version of the song! Isn't that awesome?

So, I imagine you want to hear it: Here it is. You can 'Right Click Save As', or you can just click it and wait until it plays. :-)

Either way, I hope you enjoy it.

Oh yeah, I did want to mention as well, that this is birthday season.

Today is Ashley Zimmerman's birthday. I think she's like, REALLY old now or something, so treat her with respect people... And Esther's was not too long ago! Heh.

David Heustis's birthday is coming' up in a week or so, and then he'll be like WHOA old. I'm already seeing gray hair.

Jeffrey Heustis's birthday was a couple days ago, and mine is coming up in forever from now, along with Derrillynn's.

Man, this is VERY interesting.

I should write a book on the science of birthdayatology. ;-)

You all have fun, I gotta go film a movie. The guy holding the boom (David) is getting tired of just holding it up in the air while I type blog posts.

Goodbye!

Update: Everything.... :-P

Yo! Due to popular demand, I have decided to post an update on Siblings 2, and it’s production.

Well, yesterday, Derek Moreland went back to Alaska after his two week visit. It was a BLAST! But uh, he’s gone now.

***sniff***

Oh well.

Anyway, Sibs 2 is coming slowly but surely. I only have 16 days left 'til I have to send it in, or else it won't make it into the fest. This means I had better haul tail if I intend to get it done.

Tomorrow we film the church scenes, though I'm not sure how well the lighting in that church will work for what we're doing. I hope it works. If not.... well.... agk. I don't know what we'll do. It's too late to turn back.

When it's too late to turn back, then only thing you can do is speed through the suffering. Heh.

Logitech released a new mouse recently, the G7 gamers mouse. I'm not really a gamer, but it has the perfect components of a video editing mouse: Pixel perfect precision, wireless connectivity, long battery life, smooth movement, and LOTS of buttons.

I want two. :-)

Well, that's all I can say for now, because I gotta split. Derek Moreland suggested that Randomosity 2 should be on the Siblings 2 DVD. I heartily agree, since it appears to be too long to post online, really.

Faces is developed in my head, but it's on the shelf for the next few weeks. Then I'll pull it out and finish it. :-)

Anyway, Gotta run.

Have a good one!

~ John.
