T minus 17 hours.
As the edit is finished up in Premiere, and I watch the render bar tick away, stating that there are six hours left, I do get a little nervous. After all, we have only 17 hours until it's time to send the film off.
However, I'm confident that it is ready for shipping. All things said and done, it'll be good when it's finished. I think. Last year, I was incredibly nervous about our production. I knew it was decent, and that people would enjoy it, but I didn't like the quality of the production. This one, however, will be just the opposite. While I'm certain of the quality of production, I'm uncertain about the audience response to it. However, the Premiere in Portland went well.
For those of you waiting for DVD release, I'll be sending the DVD information off on August the 2'nd or 3'rd, allowing ten days for unit production, and then they'll be shipped to ILD for distribution. Hold on to your hats folks!
David and I want to thank God, Dad, Mom, and special thanks to my incredible production assistants that were with me in Niland, California.
